CSR - Customer Service Representative

We are looking for new members of our office staff. We are a rapidly growing plumbing company and are looking to add to our dispatch/office team.

Qualified individuals will have basic computer skills, great communication skills and have the ability to multitask. If your not happy on the phone and don't want to deliver great customer service then this isn't the job for you.

$32,000-$40,000 entry level position

Job duties will consist of answering calls, booking appointments, taking payments, maintaining the dispatch board, as well as others that will be added as training progresses.

Must be available weekends. 5 day work week with one night a week taking afterhours calls. (usually 1-3 calls afterhours)

Very casual setting but you must be a people person. We are not corporate, we are family, but so are our customers. So if you have done customer service or if your looking to get into customer service and your a happy, motivated individual, we would love to hear from you.
